JAC has over 70 clients of varying sizes, from very small organisations with only one employee using a single user solution to national charities with multiple offices and users.
We have created a list of all of our clients, what products they use or the services they receive from us.
All of our clients vary in what we do for them and sometimes when you are looking for a new supplier it is easier to see what other Charities receive too.
Over 95% of our clients have an annual support contract with days or time slots built into them, this then limits the cost of ongoing annual support, allowing for Charities to budget easier for the following year.
Some of the Charities we work with have their own dedicated IT departments that we have a very strong working relationship with too.
We offer our clients a unique personal service, with each client known personally to us. We are proud of our achievements with our clients.
