New Clients:
“JAC are delighted to announce UNISON Welfare as a new client, contract negotiations started this time last year and we were extremely honoured to have been chosen as their preferred supplier. Work on the new UNISON Welfare Case Management system started at the beginning of this year with several project management meetings and development meetings.
UNISON Welfare is a charitable organisation funded by UNISON in order to provide confidential advice and support exclusively for its members and their families. The assistance provided can take the form of advice, monetary assistance (grants), or Wellbeing breaks, they also needed the system to record, allocate and track all applications (cases) received from members seeking welfare assistance through from initial enquiries to provision of assistance.
The new UNISON Welfare Case Management system which was later called “Triangle” has had several versions released with the final version being signed off during the summer. This has been one of the largest databases that we have undertaken here at JAC and we are extremely proud to be working so closely with all of the team at UNISON Welfare. Each member of the department has had fantastic input into making the database different and we are looking forward to working and supporting them all at UNISON Welfare in the future.”
